The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Heineken Lokpobiri, has flagged off the EMEM Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel, developed by Oriental Energy Resources Ltd (OERL) for the Okwok Field, offshore Nigeria. The landmark sail‑away ceremony underscores Nigeria’s drive to boost local capacity and secure investor confidence. [1]
