In a bid to streamline land ownership and promote investment, the government of Kwara State has rolled out a fully‑digitised land administration platform, with the Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Geographic Information Service (KWGIS) announcing the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy (CofOs) in just 30 days under the automated system.
