Tinubu Working to Improve Lives of FCT Residents, Says Wike!
By David Joshua | Sele Media Africa
The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has assured residents of Abuja that President Bola Tinubu’s administration is taking concrete steps to improve the quality of life in the capital city and across the country.
Wike made this statement during an inspection of ongoing projects within the FCT, where he emphasized that the current administration is committed to delivering the dividends of democracy to the people.
According to the Minister, several infrastructure projects have been reactivated under Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, including road construction, mass housing, and rehabilitation of public facilities aimed at creating a more livable environment.
“President Tinubu is focused on improving the lives of Nigerians, especially those in the FCT. The level of attention we are giving to infrastructure and service delivery is unprecedented,” Wike said.
He further noted that efforts are being made to ensure transparency and accountability in project execution, stressing that only contractors with proven capacity are being engaged.
Residents have started seeing visible signs of progress, he added, and more developmental strides are expected in the coming months.
