This is the picture of the woman who tragically lost her life after giving birth to twins through an operation.

She delivered the twins via surgery at Batibo District Hospital in the North West Region of Cameroon.

Due to complications, she was later transferred to Bamenda General Hospital, but sadly, she passed away on her way there.

The twins are reported to be safe.
