Reported by David Joshua | Sele Media Africa
Lagos, Nigeria – October 17, 2025 —
Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has officially distanced himself from reports claiming he donated ₦20 million to actress Sarah Martins’ Golden Heart Foundation.
In a statement issued by his media office, Seyi denied any involvement with the foundation or its activities, stating:
“I have not made any donations to this organization and do not support any initiative that violates the laws or moral values upheld by the Lagos State Government.”
This comes after viral posts linked him to the foundation following Sarah Martins’ recent media tour promoting her charity efforts. The claims had sparked backlash online, with critics questioning the motive and legality of the donation.
The actress is yet to respond directly to Seyi Tinubu’s denial.
