Hamas Submits Prisoner List in Gaza Ceasefire Talks, Signals Optimism

Hamas has confirmed that it has handed over a list of Palestinian prisoners to Israeli negotiators as part of ongoing ceasefire talks in Egypt, aiming to facilitate a swap for Israeli hostages.
