The Falconets dominated the game from start to finish, with goals from Esther Ajakaye (brace), Chinyere Kalu, Comfort Folorunsho. Their fluid attacking style and high pressing gave the Rwandans little room to operate, showcasing Nigeria’s readiness for the next qualifying round. “We were confident from the first leg. Today, the girls executed the plan perfectly,” said head coach Chris Danjuma post-match. (Source: NFF Media). With this victory, the Falconets move into the third round of the African qualifiers, edging closer to a spot at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup to be hosted by Chile.
