Babanla, Ifelodun LGA, Kwara State — In a brazen assault that has rattled the community, over 200 armed bandits on motorbikes invaded Babanla community on Saturday, killing a police officer and four others, sources report. The attack included an assault on the Divisional Police Headquarters and looting of local markets.
What Happened
- The assailants first stormed the police station, firing indiscriminately. They murdered Inspector Adejumo Wasiu at the facility.
