Alleged Cybercrime: Court Reschedules Sowore’s Arraignment to 27 October.!
The Federal High Court in Abuja has rescheduled the arraignment of activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore and two co‑accused on cybercrime charges to 27 October.
The earlier date was postponed due to procedural complications, including failure to serve one of the defendants. [1]
Sowore faces multiple charges relating to social media posts and alleged incitement. In past proceedings, the court had already granted him bail of ₦10 million with one surety. [2]
The case also names SaharaReporters as a co‑defendant in some of the counts. [3]
